Log line: In a world where people are measured and managed by the mental status, a new female inspector of the Public Safety Bureau encounters a criminal whose numerical value never goes up, while the people whose numerical values exceed the normal range will be arrested or even be killed even if they are victims.
This is an exciting series, although there are some incomprehensible premisses. Apparently, the system has a problem. The audiences know that the problem in this story makes dramas, but the fact that they haven’t solved the problem looks unrealistic. The cop’s weapon has unnecessarily cool design and transforming function, and it makes too violent situation in the story.
It seems that below is the comic version of the first season anime. The story is shown from Akane Tsunemori’s point of view. I’ve read only limited part of the comic version.
